Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations
You may cancel your order for a full refund under either of these conditions:

Within 24 hours of placing your order, OR

Before your order is confirmed (whichever comes first)
Once 24 hours have passed or your order has been confirmed, cancellations are no longer available. You will need to wait until your order arrives to request a return if needed.
To cancel an eligible order, email shopeversmooth@gmail.com with "Cancel Order – [Order #]" immediately.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused
-
Unworn/Unopened
-
Unaltered
-
In original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and gifts included

Accompanied by a valid order number issued by EverSmooth
Hygiene & Safety Clause (Beauty/Personal Care)
For the safety of all customers, any beauty or personal-care product that has been opened or used on the skin is not eligible for return or exchange. This includes skincare tools, tips/heads, creams, and applicators once the hygiene seal is broken. Thank you for helping us maintain product integrity.
Non-returnable items (unless defective upon arrival): Gift cards, final-sale/clearance items, free promotional items, opened consumables (e.g., creams, wipes), and partially used accessory packs.
Exchanges & Damaged/Defective Items

Damaged on arrival: Email shopeversmooth@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, inner packaging, and the item. We’ll arrange a replacement.

Defective within 30 days: We’ll replace the item or offer a return label and refund after inspection.

Exchanges are like-for-like (same item/model) only.
How to Start a Return

Email tryeversmooth@gmail.com with "Return Request – [Order #]"

If eligible, you’ll receive an RMA and instructions. Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Pack securely; include all contents.

Ship by the date on your RMA. (Tracking is required.)
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we provide a prepaid label. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank/card.

Original shipping is non-refundable.

If items are missing, used, or not in original condition, we may deny the return or issue a partial refund.
